Compnow has worked closely with Duncraig SHS to supply specially priced education devices and accessories with the full support of onsite warranty. There is also the option of fully comprehensive insurance to ensure students always have the tools they need.
Orders and Delivery: While we strive to deliver your order ASAP, we cannot guarantee deliveries before Christmas. All technology manufacturers are experiencing longer lead times than usual and lead times are always changing. Please allow as much time as possible when placing your order. Orders will ship once all stock has been allocated (including all accessories) and cannot be part shipped. Mail orders are shipped to your nominated address. If you are not home to receive it a card will be left for you to collect from your local post office. Compnow can also offer in-person collection from our Welshpool warehouse. Order must be placed by Fri 9th of Oct for a December collection and Fri 20th of Nov for a January collection. All mail orders should be in by 1st of December to secure mail delivery before Term 1 2027. All orders placed after the 1st of December will be shipped as stock arrives.

Working with Compnow, Duncraig has opted to select one device colour to help forecast stock and improve delivery turnaround time, for MacBook Air, other colour schemes are available upon request, although requesting alternative colour may extend delivery time.

Insurance Regulations
On the 5th of October 2021 the Federal Government made changes on how insurance is sold. An insurance product can no longer be purchased at the same time as purchasing the equipment it covers.
You will be able to purchase the goods today. In 5 days, Compnow will contact you to offer the optional insurance.
Yes. Even though the insurance cannot be purchased until after 5 days, Compnow's insurer will back date the insurance to the date of purchase, so your item/s are covered. This is subject to the insurance being paid for within 14 days from the original date of purchase.
Yes. Insurance is optional. You can decline to purchase insurance anytime between now and 10 days after invoice of the goods. Please note this does not affect your 30 day cooling off period.
Yes if it is within the 5 days time frame. If you change your mind between now and end of the 5th day after purchase, simply click the link and tell us you no-longer require the insurance.
